"Do you suppose she's as much of a freak as she seems?" Dr. Petite asks, then catches Emma's strange look. "What?"

"No... they wouldn't have..." Emma moans, the bottle of champagne slipping from her insensate fingers. 

Dr. Petite turns in time to catch the blur of a face hugger flinging itself at her. Her incoherent scream of mortal terror drowns out the sound of the champagne bottle smashing.

Hearing the screams coming from outside the chamber Sec Spec Maisie rushes to the hatch and thumbs it open, only to be confronted with her own death. A choked whimper makes for unimpressive last words...

Do I get that right that a third party disposes the three or has gotten something out of control?

Nope! Their own controllers intended to use them as test subjects all along. They thought they were the scientists, and they are, but they're also involuntary test subjects themselves!

Where the extra alien eggs came from. We need a scene showing how these were set up or slipped in to the lab whilst the girls weren't watching, and perhaps a second panel right at the end showing different lab techs and bio-weapons staff watching the girls with their own experiment through a side-screen monitor, completely unaware that they themselves are being watched.

There's a difference between 'wanting more' and 'missing something', Eva. Or perhaps you need to add soemthing to the narrative earlier on to indicate/illustrate better there is a myserious and shadowy 3rd party/bio-weapons division that is watching the experiment from off'stage?

You mean like having hovering camera drones watching the whole proceeding? Or maybe like having one of the characters narrate all the action for the benefit of someone offscreen?

Yes, soemhting like that, Eva, to explain away the big twist at the end when the lab girls suddenly discover that they too are the lab rats.
