For me these girls are like the one, the only difference between them is the hair color and face pattern. Wouldn't it be more interesting if they differ a little bit, at least in heigh, body proportions, garments (at least it's color)? ;)) Though I understand this will double the work...

Eh... I wanted them to be twins on the same team. It's not necessarily double the work to differenteiate them more. It was an aesthetic choice.
