Patrons! It's FEBRUARY and Valentine's Day is just around the corner. There is a very strange trend to value our romantic partners and while I'm all for loving your people, I think an often undervalued way to do that is to take exceptional care of ourselves.

I made these Self-Love Sentiments as a reminder to myself that I can cherish all my people without prioritizing them over my well being. The people who care about me will always celebrate that choice.

I hope that if you love romantic gestures you are showered with them, this or any month. I hope that all your relationships are nourishing you as much as they are drawing from you. And I hope that all the heart shaped boxes in the world never cloud how much you are worthy, and valued, and worth choosing.
