Hello lovely Patrons,

Just wanted to share this little video here that went up on the YouTube channel. I had a pretty heavy week of drawing so I treated myself to a little Studio Ghibli fan art and I love how it turned out. There's something so comforting about making a piece from a movie or book you loved.

How do you relax your brain after a heavy week?

Be well wonderfuls,

B

There's just something about painting a piece from a book or film you cherish. It makes me feel a little bit like colouring books did when I was a kid. That perfect blend of supported creativity, where I get all the pleasure of painting without the pressure. I treated myself to this little Studio Ghibli inspired piece after a heavy week of illustration and I love how it turned out. What's your go to to recharge your creativity? My brain break is to read fluffy, fluffy romances. I've gone through a scary amount of them in the last 16 months... 📚📚📚📚📚📚😅
