Okay so by now most of you know I have a THING for Lego. Those component parts, the visual shorthand, the way small elements come together OOOO do I ever like it.

I’ve been trying my hand at painting Lego figures and sets because making them look like the complete figure while still showing individual bricks is a very pleasant challenge.

This epic madame is the villain in the Monkie Kid theme and I frankly think she looks fabulous.

Here’s to making room for tangents my friends. Follow all those strange notions. They always lead somewhere new.
