Hello lovely Patrons,

I popped onto Instagram live this eve to do some doodling and some noodling about the nature of resolutions and how I'd like to take a bit of a different approach to them this year.

I wanted to pop this in here because you are all a huge part of how I'm able to take this time and sort my thoughts while I wind down my daily sketching practice.

I hope if you're making resolutions this year that they give you energy rather than tax it, and that if you're looking for a bit of a reframing that this wandering little video helps.
