Hello beautiful patrons,

Just posted this wee comic and wanted to pop it in here. I’ve been feeling very slow moving lately - sluggish and overheated and a little low on inspiration. My usual sources of input are pretty limited at the moment and I’ve had to remind myself to keep up my good habits and forgo my bad ones.

One of my better habits is clocking hours of practice. Doesn’t matter if I draw well, it just matters that I make marks. Sometimes it’s good, often it’s....less...good...but still practice and still important.

I’m a big proponent of letting go the outcome and enjoying the process so making this comic was a nice little reminder that no matter how beautiful my expectations, the fact that I draw and keep drawing is the point.

Whatever your creative pursuit, keep at it. Even if it’s a little less that your wildest dreams right now. Keep at it.
