WON'T GET BLUM'D AGAIN - BLIND S.T.A.L.K.E.R. #4 (Patreon)

We've reached the end of our S.T.A.L.K.E.R. journey for now. I thought of extending the series but the real meat of the episode ended up being brain scorching and taking personal revenge on the game after getting my brain scorched.

I got a second wind after recording most of the gameplay for the next video (Strife) and went back to conquer The Zone, knowing it wouldn't be easy. Each quest ending up screwing me over in unexpected ways never once actually annoyed me. I would write in my notes with glee as one decision from two episodes ago came back to haunt me. The absolute audacity of the final part floored me and I was laughing like a maniac by the end. Few games have entertainingly murdered me as often as this so I am a little sad to see it end (for now). So, in honor of my exit from the zone, here is a slightly longer bit of closure on my first full playthrough of this maddening piece of jank, with apologies to the people who will be annoyed that I called an assault rifle a "machinegun." I'm always thinking of you. 

Farewell, Zone, may you curse in Russian for many more years to come.
