Mr Smith never got a ref sheet before. Had fun making this one. All of the characters that made after like 2015 haven't been given one yet! D:

If you work in his office, just try to either stay off the radar. Or over-perform, just not too much. I mean, you'll maybe get employee of the month and/or a raise, but then he'll notice and want to meet you and shake your hand and do that whole... ominous... 'corporate friendliness' thing. If you worked there long enough, you know someone else got the opposite and disappeared after lunch.

Anyway yeah he's scary go work someplace else.
