August's Over (Patreon)

Hello! o^o/

I apologize for not having a lot to show off as far as personal art stuff goes this month, but aside from those I've been spending this month trying to learn Blender and 3D stuff in general. The Donut Tutorial™ was super helpful as were a bunch of other things on youtube, so I took a swing at modelling. I haven't tried any REAL 3D before (aside from like... 2002, 2003?) but for a first try I don't hate the results \o^o/!! I'll be doing more of these and eventually take a stab at animating with it but don't really intend to go full on 3D, but it'll be a nice thing to become adept at for all kinds of reasons—like for using as a visual aid for doing backgrounds or figuring out VRChat stuff. Eventually hoping to make models for a number of my characters <:Dc ...but moving vertices all day long for an extended period of time's messing up my clicker finger XP Oof. 

Anyway that's it for August. This month's auctions went surprisingly well, and I am going to keep using ***The Discord Channel*** going forward. Identical to this format, Each month will consist of 1 auction that is for points-only, followed by YCH's covering the same theme for points/money. September's theme will likely be BigFatAnimalPeople. October, containing the best holiday of them all (Halloweeeeen) will not have an auction or a theme and will instead be a fixed number of requests, similar to Bunniversary and Christmas wherein just making a request will grant you points to apply towards auctionables. EVERY October/December/April will be open request months. In summary, this paragraph is to let everyone know what to expect from here going forward, it's a way to have a balance of personal art/development/projects and art for others.
