I think his name's Fleabag and he's from Rabbit, which I looks like (and I suppose is?) a VS fighter game where all the characters more or less have furry stands/spirit familiars... and this is what THIS one does to his opponents évè/

I forget exactly which patron said to make this in a Megalands stream but a few of them also said "Yes—do this" so I suppose [several] of them submitted this idea~
