So I love this audio, but I did something bad . So there's a point where he not humming as loud and it sounds like he's sleeping, okay? So when I woke up and it was at that point I hurried and switch over to the somno with him and oh my golly good molly it was perfect especially if you start the sleep aid near the beginning again I've never slept so well and woke up feeling so good, I actually didn't dread going to work today

Last weekend was my time of the month and I needed something to relax me. I played this on my laptop, without any headphones and I was asleep within 15 minutes. I slept for almost 2 hours!
