Lol are we forcefeeding aizawa when he is awake, this is much more subtle breathing, came here to feel better, i feel like i need to cry but can't get it out its stuck or sleep for forever cos i had to be up early this morning.

This is my go-to audio when I sleep now. I've tried to do without it... but I sleep like 💩 if I do. The first playthrough is enough to bring me to the brink of slumber... and then the rest just helps to slip me under.
