I am going to therapy, missed today. Two nights in a row I had some rough dreams. Where two prominent people ripped me to shreds, and one of them I'm closest too. And the other one is an in law. My late sister defended me in that one. I'm a mess. My brain is truly fucked I swear. Anyway this is making me tear up. It's all the things that I crave but won't let myself have. Oof.
