Hey everyone, sorry for the late post. The second half of this chapter was fighting me a bit. Trying to mix slice of life with sporadic magus nonsense was harder to get right for me than I thought. 

On the plus side, fall anime is coming out and I am itching for one series in particular. The Power in the Shadows (i am not quoting the entire title) series is a sleeper hit. Seriously. All the adds show it off as some edgy powertrip isekai, but I assure you, I have read the manga, and this shit is disgustingly hilarious. The MC stans the trope so hard that he literally truck-kuns himself in order to get isekai'd, and plays it so hard that he doesn't believe half the shit that he does, except it turns out to be all true in the world. But he's so OP that the severity of the situation doesn't even register to him most of the time. It's like One Punch Man where Saitama's obliviousness completely turns the script on its head. 

You don't watch this series for the plot. You watch this series for the MC trolling the living fuck out of the plot (completely oblivious to all of it) while trying to look cool and missing literally every obvious hint that's thrown his way. There's some quality Oogakari tier bullshit going on in this series.
