Woot! More lore!

Anyways, this is a pretty oversimplified chart of where and how a person specializes in terms of Presence. Keep in mind that these charts aren't final, and they don't explain everything. For example, Ghost's Power stat is cripplingly low, but that more represents his capacity for it rather than his ability to control it.

Hmmm, to put things in perspective, 0-2 is being sickeningly low to the point of being crippled. 3-4 is a novice. 5-6 is average. 7-8 is skilled, 9-10 is a genuine master, and anything past that means you're off the charts and common sense doesn't apply to that individual in that field.

The general rule is, the more balanced out you are, the stronger the presence in general, but if you're just that strong or influential then it can make up for your deficiencies.

Another general rule is that everyone that practices Presence is strong in either Rule or Will, if not both. It's a near borderline prerequisite. That said, having a true high rank in Will mastery is extremely rare.

Keep in mind though, that all the graphs shown are comparing God class individuals. World breakers and the like. The strongest Holy class monsters would at best show as all 1's in comparison with maybe a 2 here or there.

I just now noticed ghost is past 10 in rule as well as time. Is that because of his fire being an absolute ability, or does that reflect his other capabilities with rule?

One thing, back in Yet again, Hidan toyed around with the thought of converting Kisame into a Jashinist. How screwed would the Naruto world be if he actually succeeded and Kisame became a Acolyte?

Super Fucked. Admittedly, he wouldn't have nearly as many seal tricks that Acolyte Hidan has, but Kisame's a beast and a half on a good day. the extra endurance, power, and absorption power would make him damn near impossible to beat 1 on 1 in the naruto world, Naruto included if he remained sealed up.

It's primarily his fire, however it also has to do with the fact that "Time" was once a branch of "Rule". The interaction between the two is pretty intwined at times, so most high level "Time" users are also high level "Rule" users out of necessity and happenstance.
