Okay, let's try this again. I edited a good part of the second bit of the chapter to keep the mood more consistent and added a few new bits here and there. It's delayed the chapter a bit but I think the quality is better this time as a result.  Please let me know what you guys think.

Well, just to clarify, a Level 2 Sage Biju powered Wake of Fuijin is the small country destroying attack I alluded to earlier. The output of it would be so cataclysmic that it would permanently and severely disturb the timespace near its center until specific treatments were applied to it. As for developing new kinds of chakra, Naruto COULD do it eventually using what he knows from his experiments with Biju and solid chakra as a reference, but he wouldn't be the best at explaining or teaching it. At best, his efforts would serve as the fundamental basis for other people and groups to make headway in those fields.

Well that"s definetly nailed it , it"s a proof that i have didn't understand when Ghost means " as in his state , his strongest attack is a small country " I have thought that he was speaking about Naruto base state . But i'm wrong I would tell you why i have misunderstood . I thought since he absorb World lotus , the chakra that was inside was around Holy rank B to Holy rank A so i have jumped it at the conclusion that since he absorb the totality of this power and make it his own , he should have grown more powerful .
