GAIWP 19 First section (Patreon)

Here's the first part of the next GAIWP. A bit heavy on the feels, but I felt it was needed for character development. Issei's pre trauma history can't be all comedy and chaos before things went to hell. Took me a while to get it right, and even now I feel like I could touch it up a bit before I release the final chapter.

That said, I plan on really moving the plot along with this chapter. There will be some exposition in the first half, and a few revelations, but I intend to get to the action proper next chapter at the latest. And it will be glorious, as it should be. You guys know how I work when things get going.

As for the fanart... yeah, I'm not going to lie, I'm getting a bit impatient for it as well at this point. I did ask around a bit, but I've been told on multiple fronts that these past few months have actually wrecked him and his family in terms of their health, so he does have a solid reason for the delay. (Having a three year old go to an apparently less than hygienic daycare also didn't help matters either). No covid, but everything else that spawns when spring comes around. That and apparently the Grand Spiral Rasenshuriken we requested was a bigger task to pull off than anyone anticipated. He's a stay at home dad while his wife does crypto exchange apparently. He's still working on it though, and he does reply to my messages so it's not like he's ghosted me or anything. It's just, taking longer than expected. Sorry about that.

Anyways, that's about it for now.

Oh right, side note. I'm going to start slowly uploading FFD onto Royal Road to expand my audience. Hopefully that will turn out well.
