Alpha API (Patreon)

A semi-public Alpha API is underway. Users will be required to register their application so I can give out access tokens for rate-limiting and so on. Anyway! Attached is a snippet. I'm still working out a lot of the details, but it's not bad so far! I feel pretty good about it.

Mobile is definitely what would make this site much better, as well as "currently watching" lists. I could do both pretty easily once I finish the API. The problem I have is funding this thing. If we add watchlist support, we not only need support for fetching the currently airing series from other sites (maybe anichart would help us?) but also funding to actually support the increased load. I don't want to do a MyAnimeList and restrict public API access, but without funding for the actual infrastructure there is no way to pay for such traffic if a mobile app were to take off.

I've also got several backend upgrades ironed out and finally accepted the PR for it. Yay! Progress!
