Hello friends,

This week I'm busy breaking down my arrangement for The Bee Gees classic "How Deep is Your Love." This is a fantastic challenge for intermediate level players looking to expand their repertoire of jazzy chord shapes and syncopated rhythms. As I put the finishing touches on the instructional segments, let's see what you can figure out using this new demonstration video and my handy PDF chord sheet. Great Bee Gees song! Very cool jazzy vibe. Challenging fun to work on these chords.

Thanks Rob! I'll never be able to sing this song but just learning some of these cool chords and rythm is is fun enough!

My pleasure, and just so you know, I also found this song to be extremely difficult to sing, and it took me several tries to get take that was mostly in pitch. With a little more free time, I would practice singing the Eb scale and arpeggios for each chord before figuring out how to play the melody on the guitar and singing along with it in repetition. That process always helps me to become more comfortable with a given tune. Enjoy! -Rob

Good reminder that the Bee Gees often created songs that are a lot more sophisticated and challenging than one might think. You do a GREAT job on this, and I look forward to working on it, thanks to your help.
