Rob, I just learned about the robbery at your home/studio. It sucks! I enjoy "Fly! Eagles Fly!" and shall learn it.

I shall learn it. Thank you for all your lessons and patience. You remind me of an old friend and teacher, Ken J. Brewer. I am a third college student at 65. You help me to continue celebrating life. Michael J. Gayda.

Great lesson Rob, please keep them coming and posted!

Thanks Robert, this is one of my favorite lesson plans to teach, so glad you enjoyed it. Many more are on the way. Expect the flood gates to open this March!

Rob I am a big fan of your site , but like a lot of people it is a balancing act for the time. I have been working on your D mag scale run and I would appreciate the following. 1) some licks thrown into the D mag run. 2) A G major run as well. Interesting though I was watching your Zeppelin song of California and I noticed that that song is a variation of the D mag and minor. I look forward to see what you will be send out next though. All the best Robert Wiseman

Hey Robert, you're so right...Life really gets in the way of our progress from time to time. I'll be posting a new practice schedule to help you folks out. Can you provide a link to the video you are mentioning? I'm having trouble recalling. Thanks!

Hi, this may sound like a crazy question, but at the change of every chord in a song do you restart the picking pattern? Now sure how to handle the chord changes if the picking pattern is not complete. I hope this makes sense. Thanks so much for all your help.

Hey Rob, really enjoying this lesson!! Was wondering about how to position my picking hand in relation to: sound hole/fingers to thumb/resting my wrist on the bridge?? Getting a little tangled up :)

Another wonderful lesson, Rob. For those of us over-eager to get to a place where we see ourselves as true "guitar players," your advice to go slowly to make techniques automatic is both important and essential. That's why I need to hear you say that repeatedly! Many thanks.

Really like pattern 3 Alternating Bass but how does it work on D? Thanks for teaching this pattern!

Rob, you've been one of the best guitar teachers out there. You demonstrate clearly finger positions, so no time is wasted trying to recreate the situation, have good information and advise, to the point, without wasting students' time. Furthermore you come across as a wonderful human being. Let the Guitar Gods bless you 😀
