Hello friends,

Welcome back to Swiftlessons for another by request song tutorial. In today's session I've broken down my approach to playing The Beatles 1965 hit-song "Help." I'll take you through the intro, verse and chorus sections, and demonstrate how to combine elements of John's acoustic rhythm, Paul's alternating bass-notes, and George's transtion riff. Let's get started!

Does this mean B power chord is interchangeable with B minor and both written Bm or is it a typo? Love this lesson btw

You got it Melinda, in the original track there are several guitars at work. I believe John is hitting a full minor chord, with power chords overdubbed and George performing the walk down riffs. So Bm is the chord being implied there.

Always a pleasure Carl, let me know what Beatles tune you recommend I do next. I am working out "Here Comes the Sun," just need to carve out some time to commit it to muscle memory.

This is a very simple and complete arraignment. Is this the original key? Damn they were signing high.
