Hello friends,

Welcome back to Swift Guitar Lessons for another by request song tutorial. In today's session I've broken down how to play John Lennon's 1971 classic "Jealous Guy" for solo performance. We'll get started by learning an adaptation of John's piano intro, then move on to the chord progressions and strumming patterns for the verse and chorus sections. Let's get started!

I know this is a guitar lesson site and I have been a tipper for a while and I expect guitar help.. I never thought of you as a 'performing artist' but on this one, I see you in a whole different light (or is it hear you?) Anyway, beautiful job Rob. Really, very nice tribute to the song.

Hey Carl, sorry for the delayed response. Thanks so much for the positive feedback, I really took my time getting this one down and learning to make it work for my voice, and it's good to know that hard work is appreciated. Enjoy your practice!

Thanks Tony, right now I'm going back and forth between a Canon 5D and a Lumix GH5, and I'm loving how good these two cameras have made my lessons look. Thanks for noticing the upgrades!
