Hello friends,

Recently I had the opportunity to sit down with guitarist and educator Spencer Handley to talk about great contemporary guitarist who have flown under the radar for many music enthusiast. The players on this list are just a few of the many talented musicians who have inspired us over the years, and so you can expect a follow-up featuring more of our favorites and the top choices of our viewers.

Note: It's come to my attention that publishers have blocked this video in several countries. I will search for an alternate place to host this content. In other news, I'm currently on tour down in Virginia with my new band Dominy, I apologize that I haven't been able to keep up with messages and comments. I will be home tomorrow and look forward to getting started on my next lesson and answering your questions. Be well and enjoy your practice!

Well, I was at least somewhat familiar with three of them! My own suggestion: While I wouldn't call Johnny A unknown, I think his popularity is limited and he deserves wider recognition. I'd like to see him featured in a future presentation.

Hey, thanks for the tour, they are truly talented artists! The best guitarist I have ever heard personally is Tibor Pinter who I think could be one of the most complete players in the group mentioned above. Check it!. https://youtu.be/87DXbEmVk5Q

Cool video, blown away by all of them but loved molley Tuttle and her flat picking style. That's where I hope to end up. Thank you but I need to work on " baby what you want me to do".
