Hi Rob, I have just become one of your patrons, i was wondering two things. 1) Where do i start as a beginner, is there a set of lessons which start from nothing and work up? I know there is a beginners guitar lessons, but they dont seem to be in any order. and 2) How do i make a "By Request"?

I will suggest picking Rob's easy song playlist on YouTube. Search in Patreon is terrible to find songs in his channel so use YouTube and find links to his patreon account. Here's the link to all his playlists. https://www.youtube.com/user/swiftlessons/playlists

This lesson was just what I needed and just at the right time. It totally was the song that got me out of a rut and got me fired up again. The timing couldn't have been better!

I would love it if you did some Sturgill Simpson. Life of Sin would be sick.

Rob, at various points in the demo(1:06, 1:11, 1:30, 1:52, etc) you do a quick upstroke. I don't see that on the sheets or mentioned what is happening there in the lesson. It really adds to the song. For someone on the dense side like me, can you explain what you are playing on the upstroke.
