The end saved this episode for me, you guys. This one was on the fast track to being the first episode I didn't like. Zenitsu's intro was cringy, to say the least.

I really absolutely hate Zenitsu's character. Just the absolute worst.

xD Finally back watching Demon Slayer! I also will be honest: I hated him SO much on first read, haha -- I feel like though that part of Demon Slayer's appeal across a WIDE range of ages is that a lot of the characters are SO over the top. But (and I *know* cause ya'll are farther along) don't feel like you have to love everyone at first blush or at all ;) They're all color coded for maximum "This is my favorite for x, y, z reasons" OR "This is my least favorite for x, y, z reeasons" and benefit from a huge cast

Though I do stand that Zenitsu has hUGE Hufflepuff energy, lmao. Also, I do think this episode was meant to be tense! It's been awhile since I watched S1 and I *loved* the intro of the manor and how they show the strange twisting, turning nature of it :) It makes a fun horror concept
