She's not "wicked" per se, she just really likes her solitude. And turning people into frogs.

Wanted to remix the Wicked Witch from that one thing. This version's a half elf that was practicing some magic in her own home when some raving townspeople broke in and (in a misguided effort to rid their fair land of black magic) and attacked her, interrupting her spell. It backfired, cursing her to turn green, spring some warts and become deathly allergic to water. Now she lives far away in the swamp, toiling away by herself and being spiteful of civilization.

After being prompted, I made her an apprentice. Arno's a local from a farming family that sought out her tutelage after the protection-from-rodent's spell she taught him worked exceedingly well.  Now he studies under her witchy activities unbeknownst to his family and has a grand ol time gathering ingredients. Rather concerning, however, is his inexplicable talent for dark magic. I'm sure it's nothing.
