Kanekuo's Poisons Plus V0.1 (Patreon)

Though there aren't any ingredients yet, I figured I'd give you guys a look at the glossy new rules I've put together for poison crafting, as featured in last Table Technician.
This also functions as a sort of peer review too, as I've never done anything on this scale before. So, if you have anything you think should be changed or clarified, let me know, and I'll see about working that into next version!
