Update about support tiers (Patreon)

If you got a repeated message with march's passwords, don't worry about it, I'm just trying to make sure I didn't miss anyone, and the mass message system on patreon is a little weird.

About the future of request tiers: I'm considering changing the request tiers to one larger tier of single requests, so more people can get their requests done overall, and then picking some ideas for longer sets and comics and putting those to a vote, with maybe some middle-of-the-road tier for voting power and for making poll suggestions.

I'd like to know what you guys think about the idea, especially those who are part of the request tiers.
I want to make sure things are fair to everybody without getting so many requests piled up that it gets hard to fulfill them.
