Hello friends!

March was a busy month for us. Of course, the biggest news is that we launched our Kickstarter campaign for making physical copies of our games! At the time of writing this, there's about a week left until the campaign ends. If you're not able to pledge to the campaign, don't worry: the games, artbooks, and soundtracks will be available on our webstore. Only the postcard and sticker sheet will be exclusive to the Kickstarter.

Speaking of Kickstarter, we just passed the $35,000 stretch goal! This means that we'll be creating a light novel adaptation of Highway Blossoms. This is something we've been talking about doing for years, and so we're hyped to finally be doing it. The LN will be a bit different from the VN, adding a substantial amount of additional story content. We have a lot more freedom to expand on some parts that we couldn't afford to do in the visual novel version, because of the additional time and budget it would've required. Amber and Marina's story will still be fundamentally the same, just longer. It's gonna be a while until we start working on the LN's, since right now Syon and I are both focusing on our routes for Samayuuni. But we've been planning this out for a while, so we'll be able to hit the ground running when it is time to start.

Those Samayuuni scripts are coming along really nicely too. Right now, I'm finishing up the common route scenes, so that we can get to work scripting the demo. We're planning to have that out in the second half of this year! We've also got a lot of art and music progress happening too. You can look forward to adi resuming her Samayuuni art streams in the coming weeks as well.

adi has also been hard at work on some other neat stuff, like the cover art for the second Highway Blossoms vinyl release, which is also coming this year.

(Ignore Georgie's name there, it's just a placeholder for now)

Although that's all the progress we can share right now, there's a lot of really cool stuff happening behind the scenes right now too. It all falls into the realm of "too early to talk about," but hopefully we can share more later this month. Incredibly vague, I know, but hopefully it'll be worth it.

As always, thanks for your support!
