A Thousand Words is on a brief hiatus (Patreon)

First I wanna say HUGE THANKS to everyone whose supported me and this comic so far. I've started multiple comic ideas in the past, only for them to putter out after a page or two. 5 pages, and at the conclusion of what I'd define as the first chapter,  I feel I've come so much farther than before, and I have so many ideas for the future.

The next comic is due soon, but I am making the decision to take a short break on working on the comic for a couple of weeks.

Main reason for this is I'm in need of reorganizing my life a little, for the sake of efficiency and even just getting out of a rut I'm finding myself in. I've tried starting on the next page a few times but find myself easily distracted by life events.

I want to make sure my comic is always the best I can reasonably make it, so a short break is in order.

But in the meantime, I'll be posting some general art relating to Thousand Words, character design concepts and the like. Maybe some world building? Lemme know if there is something specific you'd like to see!

In any case, expect to the next page of A Thousand Words to be around the 19th or 26th.
