Rat Welcome - Update (Patreon)

Here's a new update, and a pretty big one while at it! Most of the lineart and colors are done, I also wondered if I could try and give the background a bit of a UPA kind of look.

   It's a style you see regularly on older cartoons from the mid 20th century and had a small comeback during the late 90's and midway through the 2000's, I'd really like to experiment more with this, it's an style which is pretty nostalgic for me and that I'd really love to see make a comeback on tv one day.

( Also don't worry I didn't forget the tail, I'll add it in later on.)
