What I've been up to and some ideas. (Patreon)

Hey sorry for the wait on this update, I have a lot of stuff I have to mention including the things I've been doing, some ideas for Patreon.

First things first, I'd like to apologize for the lack of streams this year, things had been pretty rough for me, specially through January and February and I've been dealing with some personal problems and a bit of bad luck, specially school related.

Aside from this I also dealt with some emotional issues, I've not been feeling so well emotionally since December and just been reflecting about a lot of things in my life, past mistakes, things currently going on and what's to come, I'm doing my best not to let those things bother me right now, and being indoors for weeks now self quarantining due to the current Covid-19 pandemic hasn't helped much either, you all better make sure to stay indoors, specially those of you who live in the US, hopefully things will get back to normal when we less expect it.

These past weeks I've been putting a lot more focus on my artwork, aside from the personal problems I was not too happy with the way some of my artwork was turning out, I've been putting some extra work on them recently and I have to say I really like the way they've been coming out and I hope you do too! I want to give my best to all of you.

Also speaking of artwork I was thinking of adding a new feature, I've seen people do this before, I was thinking of asking you guys at the start of each month for art ideas, the idea I like the most will turn into a Patreon pic and the person who came up with the idea will be featured and credited both here and once the pic is posted publicly in the description, any patron will be able to participate on this!

Animation

I've been doing a bit of animation practice for the past week! I shared a little test the other day and have been worked on it daily, I'll show you another preview very soon! I'm still not sure if I should do animations on Patreon since they'll take me much longer than the average pic, it's probably something I'll do every now and then.

Streams

Now this is something I've been meaning to get back to for a couple months now, and I want to get back to starting tomorrow! There were two streams I left pending which I wanted to get back to and complete, but I think to not delay things more it would be best if I put the sketches from both streams together and post them and start over, I'll make a new post so you people can drop your requests in a moment, I usually go for a 10$ Tier, All Patrons and again 10$ Tier monthly, but this time I'll start with an All Patrons one and do two 10$ Tier ones in the next following days.

The Catrobis Dating Sim

This is another pending thing I've been wanting to get back to, I put the game development in a temporal halt because it getting pretty time consuming and not giving me time to work on art, I'm completely new to this so I was spending a good time of it just learning how to make things work, there is a lot of things I want to implement I currently have no idea how to and I'll need extra time to implement them to the game for that reason I've been considering if maybe I should move to a different game engine, a second option I was considering Renpy, an open source visual novel program some of you may know has the program used to develop Doki Doki Literature Club ( Don't worry, the game won't have any of that creepy imagery), I've not decided it yet, specially because it would be a shame to scrap all the pixel work I've done for the game, I'll give you an update on it soon.
