Shy Balloon - Update (Patreon)

Sorry for the waiting! This one is almost complete, I've made some extra adjustments to Karen, I wasn't feeling she looked round enough, I also was struggling with the shading, but I think this is good enough!

I'm going to have to go out today, but once I'm back hopefully I can finish this up and give you an update on Doexercise.
