Hi Shannon longtime podcast listener and subscriber. I listened to your main pod episode where you said that you have a 7 day free trial on Patreon. So I did this and cancelled my subscription the day before the trial ended but was still charged for the month. Can we please chat about getting my money back as I didn’t agree to pay the membership fee.
