Greetings, friends!

The topic for this month is "a decision and its consequences."

Step ONE: Choose either 1, 2, or 3

1 - FOR THE KINGDOM: Help advance your kingdom's strength by doing something (or several somethings) in alignment with its visions and goals.

2 - BETRAY THE KINGDOM: This can be for a good cause (e.g., the ruler is deceiving or abusing its citizens), a vendetta, simply for coin, etc.

3 - LEAVE AND START YOUR OWN KINGDOM

Either with or without the blessings of the ruler, you and the speaker in the audio have enough power and ability to leave, go to a distant location, and build your own kingdom.

Step TWO: Choose one of the following to inspire your story's setting

4 - Outer space

5 - Gothic 

6 - Steampunk

7 - High fantasy

Step THREE: Who are the speaker and listener characters?

You can have any character type of your choosing. Add in brief character backgrounds if you wish.

Step FOUR: General plot outline

This is up to you. The characters can be at the beginning of their plans for 1, 2, and 3 (from step ONE), in the middle of carrying out their plans, or reminiscing on their actions in the past. You can do time jumps if you like. The characters will need to be doing some activities while in conversation. 

You can submit up to two sets of ideas. If you do, please label them IDEA 1 and IDEA 2.
