Title: River Serpent Lover x Sorcerer

Audio: Combination of soft-spoken and whispered

This is the story of an adventuring sorcerer, who in his younger days, came across a beautiful creature in the woods. The creature was a river serpent woman. It was iridescent and playful, wild and innocent.

Back then, the sorcerer was arrogant and impulsive, and wanted to "own" such a rare creature -- so he tricked it into participating in a ritual. And that was how he bound the creature to himself with love magic, to make it love him, unconditionally, for as long as it lived.

Some time later, a war broke out, and the adventuring sorcerer left the creature to fight for his king. This war lasted for many years.

When the sorcerer returned, he was no longer the same person. Having seen the horrors of war, he vowed to become a better person. He returned to the river and released the creature from the spell binding, and told it the truth.

He thought the creature would resent him as it was under his spell for years, but upon gaining its freedom, it cried and begged him not to leave it all alone. "Promise me you will come back and see me," it said.

Now, 20 years later, the sorcerer still returns to that river often to see the creature. Although his joints ache and he has a bad back, he continues to adventure -- just more slowly! He looks forward to the times he can return to the serenity of the woods, sit by the river, and listen to the creature talk while she casts her spells of healing and comfort on him...

- The sorcerer has been recruited for some strange and unique quests. What do these quests ask him to do?

- List, or describe, the types of healing and comfort spells the river serpent is capable of casting

- The river serpent woman needs his help with something...what is this "something?"

- The sorcerer is having a moral dilemma (can be related or unrelated to the creature) - what is this dilemma?

- Musings: if he were to do it all again, would he have bound the creature to him as he did?

- They are both learning new skills. What are these skills?
