I understand the age of consent is different everywhere including different states in the US but I never understand why the author doesn't just...not make these girls young as hell.

Hus/ Heat don’t read this: So u know how Usopp cut the man in three pieces. That should had been a huge win. He’s a skinny old man with a bunch of mucus surrounding him. He’s not a logia type. So how did he survive and put his three pieces back together? Think Oda forgot or hadn’t decided what he was gonna do with that character yet.

I hope they don’t read this……….. It‘s pretty simple. When Usopp cut him, he was just in one of these three pieces. I guess at the bottom and than he covered himself with his slime and made it look like he is a logia. His visuell form is not accurate. He also has Observation Haki I guess, because he could head shot that fly behind his back, so it was not really difficult to know where he gets hit by Usopp‘s attack.
