It's not humans though. It's the World Government. Humans are victims of the World Government too. Fishmen in Sabaody aren't at much risk from humans. They are at risk from the Government. This may cover themes of racism, but the ultimate lesson in One Piece is about the dangers of Globalism and large government, and about the value of freedom.

The message is definitely not, "the dangers of Globalism" its about fear and how people who see the worst sides of other cultures or groups feel antagonized and create a narrative against them and create a never ending cycle of discrimination and hatred. Yes there are over-arching themes in One Piece about the corruption of people in high power and justice being taken too far but that's not what this arc is focusing on.

You literally repeated what I just said. I said "the ultimate lesson in One Piece". Meaning, beyond this arc. The bigger lesson of the whole series. And yes, the lessons of One Piece are VERY against Globalism. The World Government is the epitome of that ideology. If you support Globalism in any way, shape, or form, then you are completely missing EVERY warning and lesson that Oda has been trying to beat you over the head with for the last 2 decades.

It's what Koala said; "I don't know you folks" So she is afraid. "So not knowing some one makes you afraid of them?" I didn't understand Arlong so I hated him. Now I feel like I understand Arlong 100%. I really feel where he is coming from and my hate has now been replaced by something else. I don't really feel any strong emotions for him any more. I know him. That's the world. It's always some one who turn out like that. If everybody was educated and knew eachother, that would be world peace. But again, there is always people or countries in power that has interest in waging war and spread misinformation.
