Ayoooo this one was probably my favorite after 3, action-packed. The commentary on Heimerdinger in the hood had me rollin. Not the beyblade but FACTS lmao lighten up he just made ya baby a toy for free. There's definitely romantic shit between Vi and Cait, been brewin from the start when them meaningful looks and the way they've bonded through hardships. Glad to see the homie Ekko, Mel's mama is no joke man. Love to see her in action even tho she's terrifying haha. Finn (?) still attempting to make plays was also fun to see, can't say he doesn't have the balls to try. Plus its interesting seeing Sevika be the one tested for her loyalty when she was quick to turn on Vander when he wasn't giving the results she wanted back in the day. The levels in this show got a lot of shit coming back full circle. Both Silco and Sevika realizing shit wasn't as simple as they made it out to be when judging Vander's position. I think my fav reaction to this ep came from YaboyRoshi and them-- Lupa kept chiming in about how bullshit it was that Jayce thought those gloves were suitable for mining and not specifically what Vi is using them for haha. Aint no way, man. Still enjoy seeing them in action tho, but the kid--damn. Hate to see it.

I still think Powders in there and that makes me so sad to see what she witnessed getting the half death/shimmer insert. Jayce went hard lmao but he showed the hextech is able to defeat the shimmer... The one character was Mael that I still think she's about the fox but also the wolf BUT more the wolf...look at her mother hahaha she's 2 wolves

On the shimmer/hextech stuff, it's not a fair comparison. You have 2 league champions fighting random shimmer goons. Make it a 2v2 with champs on both sides and it'll be waay more even. As we we're gonna find out next episode!

Mel wanted weapons for defense not war. She didn't change mind, we just assumed that she was trying to start a war, but she has always said that they needed to be ready to DEFEND themselves. She never wanted war.

I'm guessing she was pressing Jayce and Viktor to consider making weapons once she got the letter from her mom saying she was arriving soon. She already knew Dukes was going to use the rumblings of the undercity to pressure them into making Hextech weapons to fight back, which I'm sure mom wants access to the weapons eventually to bolster their own military and fight against whoever killed Kino. But after watching this episode, I could tell Mel wasn't Wolfin' as much as I initially assumed.

I don't disagree with you, however I do believe it is right that any weapon does need to be demonstrated to be effective... even as a deterrent. It is simply the only way for anyone to recognize the danger it poses to them. That is not to say that it isn't possible to demonstrate the power in a more non-violent fashion and then challenge anyone to oppose it.

@Pharal I understand what you are saying, but I don't even think she was talking about making a deterrent. I think she was simply saying we need something to fight them with if they come at us with something developed from what they stole. She wasn't even talking about dominance, just survival. She had reason to believe that they would develop weapons with the stolen tech and strike first, and just wanted to have something to answer that aggression. Not saying she was right, just that we all kinda misunderstood her initial push for making weapons.
