I hate the subtitles sometimes... Everyone gets the wrong idea of what happened when Chopper went to give care to Usopp, it says "Friends" when in that instance it is actually crew or gang.

Damn super drama this episode! LOL there was a lot of faces being pulled this episode too. Def can see Heat&Hus shock and disbelief at the situation. Like I knew it would be bad but I didn't expect that last bit.

I like it better than when the fansubs always say "Nakama" People swear it has some deeper meaning but it's just as cringe as Death Notes "All according to keaikaku".

It's whatever. It gets the point across, maybe not the most accurately, but it's better imo than something like "crew", which carries some incorrect implications sometimes as well. I would honestly love for nakama to be translated as either crew/friend/whatever, depending on the context of the line.

I swear the most heated scene will be happening with best friends at each other’s throats and this mfer is out here pulling out offscreen strawberries and handles and shit like it’s nothing no sweat.
