About the water and the devil fruit users. This is covered in the manga but the anime skips details on it. Users can drink water and even bathe/shower, and also as shown here with Luffy, put their limbs inside the ocean. Users get stunned, where they can't move, only when more than 60% (or so. I don't remember the exact number) percent of their body is inside a mass of liquid, and if it's less than that they might start feeling a little bit weak, depending on how long they are in it.

Even though Long Ring Long Land arc feels a bit sidetracked, I do enjoy the idea of this kind of "pirate game" existing in the world of One Piece. I would join this party.

they really seem like a chill group. True. I kinda love Foxy for being what he is. He may not be the badass villain, but his devil fruit is pretty dope and he does some funny shit. And after the last arc and the next I welcome the timeout.
