Yo, we had no clue there was an OVA out for this before watching episode 1. That would've helped us out a lot more, but we summed up some stuff decently.  Does anybody know what day this airs?

Oh I did not know you guys were doing Noblesse, I definitely would’ve gave a heads up about the OVA situation if I did. Anyways great reaction and would still like to see your guys reaction to the OVA too if you recorded it. Noblesse is definitely a slow burn series in the first 2-3 seasons of the Webtoon but gets very good as it keeps going. Anyways looking forward to watching more of your reactions to this series

They skipped so many things. Watch the OVA guys! If you guys got the video for the OVA you should upload it. Its a lit episode I wanna see you guys react to.

Amazinshooter

Dang I told Hus there was an OVA too lol, I’m sure they’ll watch it tho

lol did i do this? i recommended it and it's a great read but i don't think it translates well to anime. Also, cant they do better with the soundtrack geez...generic as hell.

Is Noblesse that popular? Dunno if it'll get the views. Korean comic adaptations are kind of a matter of chance as to how good they are. It also seems like a fujo show (from the artstyle) lol, could be wrong though. I feel like going for some more established shows, as opposed to whatever's airing at the moment could be better. (JJK is an exception.) Just my opinion though, not here to hate.

Also might as well shill for Durarara while I'm here

It was definitely the most popular Webtoon for a few years. It kinda dropped off the map though and doesn’t have that big of a fanbase anymore since it ended nearly 2 years ago and a lot of the fans have moved on to more of the newer stuff now, but it’s still really good. Noblesse is the series that made Webtoons break out into the west and paved the way for others. Old time Webtoon readers like myself pretty much grew up with it in a similar way some of us anime and manga fans grew up with shows like Naruto. It definitely has a dark, gory and action heavy storyline but it’s disguised a lot in the beginning with its slice of life and comedy moments, so new readers underestimate it at first and drop it around 50 chapters into the Webtoon thinking that’s all it has to offer. Spoiler alert: it’s not, like I said before it is very long and has over a decade worth of material. It’s just slow at the start and even now with the anime, we are still very much at the beginning of Noblesse. A slow burn story that uncovers bits of information as it goes on. So pretty much it doesn’t straight out give you the plot. For example the MC is definitely a lot more then what he seems now at this point of the story. Yes, he’s naive to the modern world and people easily get distracted by his looks BUT you have to keep in mind that he is still very old. Rai was literally asleep for 820 years, the reason why ? Is obviously spoiler at the moment with where we are at in the anime. He is the strongest of his race for a reason and despite his naive attitude with technology and stuff, he is very intelligent. Rai is portrayed as timid, cool, mysterious and a soft hearted sorta character at times but he also has a different side to him, do something to piss him off and he becomes a very scary character. He’s one of the best MC in Webtoons. As for how this anime turns out, I have no idea since it is widely known that anime adaptation don’t stick 100% to the original source. Just gonna have to wait till this season ends to make a final judgement for me

Nah, please give this one a chance. I don't think they will drop the ball on this one with the way they've been running the last few shows. Does have a slow startup but you just got to let them establish the characters and set the scene.

The opening song is definitely not generic considering the mixed pop with edm stuff they are producing left right and centre nowadays. A lot of anime fans don’t even realise this style of music was a thing in the older Openings ( early 2000’s era ), the ones I can think of at the top of my head that used this tone is OG Naruto, Full metal and One piece. As a musician I can tell you that this is Korean/ Japanese Rock. Which again fans don’t realise that it was a popular thing amongst the early 2000’s anime. It’s very under appreciated nowadays in my opinion. The people who composed the OP song definitely has to be a professional and the singer is talented, has a very nice vocal pitch. The ED however is definitely normal pop sound we are use to today but the way it was arranged is very nice and the vocals were beautiful

EDIT: Oh nvm y'all already reacted to it hehe XD BTW Heatah and Hus, to appeal to a female audience they added some very slightly sus small scenes to Jujutsu Kaisen episode 2 (and probably beyond) that weren't in the manga, lol. Just saying you might need to have your "PAUSE" game on point. Still way less sus than that Narancia vs Talking Head episode tho. (I don't want to spoil you guys, if you think I spoiled you somehow, I won't do it again)

Eosliostro

It would be great if you guys reacted to "Fog Hill of the Five Elements" its a Chinese anime. Pure hands all day.
