Lets go Season 2! Filled with feels and lore drop like a motha bout to see Dreyfus true plan.... Just so y'all know the next 4 episodes are technically filler and not the actual s2(signs of a holy war arc) but still worth the watch..and s2's first episode is a recap so skip that one at least

And signs of holy war is in between season 1 and 2 you can watch it if you want too the only good episode in it is Meliodas vs ban rematch

Signs of Holy War is mainly just non-canon filler, but has some details to prepare you for season 2. You can probably just rush through it and then get into season 2 if you want.
