Lol the 2v2 battle is also good training for Killua because Killua doesn't know what Shoot could do. And he hasn't seen any of Knuckle's abilities either. So Killua is going to have to strategize on the fly like Gon. Its not gonna be planned out like it was in Greed Island or as easy as in Heavens Arena.

Man, Gon really has a deathwish...if he wanted Knuckle to fight to the death, who would already be done haha. It's a good thing he has Killua there to put some sense into him. Love their relationship man.

The manga is currently about 60ish chapters ahead of the anime. Which would translate to about 25-30 episodes. And the DC arc is supposed to be longer than the Chimera Ant arc. So that gives you some insight there. Luckily, the author has been pumping out more chapters in the past year than he did in the past 10 years. Because Chimera Ant arc took 6 years since he only released 3-4 chapters per year. But this year, he already released 20 chapters plus more coming this month
