YOO HEETAH! Just to fill you in on some info, a well-placed bullet can still kill or damage an average Nen user. However, since Uvo is a Master Enhancer, he was able to harden his aura to the point where normal physical attacks wouldn't hurt him. Which is why he easily tanked bullets. For Nen users as powerful as the Phantom Troupe members, you would only be able to defeat them with Nen.

Adding on to my last comment, if a Nen user does survive a gun shot to the head (with Ten), but is bruised by it - then they can still use Zetsu to quickly recover their bodies. The same way Gon recovered from his fight in the Heavens Arena. This is why a Master Enhancer like Uvo can be so dangerous. You need Nen just to do any type of damage whatsoever.
