So this month's winner was "Darlene becomes a successful stage hypnotist, but then it turns out it was all in her head and she hypnotized herself." I'm actually pretty happy with how this turned out, and I'm pretty impressed with myself for actually getting it done on time. 

You see, if I may wax personal and vent a bit, I started college again last week and moved into an off-campus apartment with a friend of mine. The first day of class, the apartment flooded, which meant most of Monday was spent trying to stop the flooding while going to class. The flooding did stop, but most of the rest of the week involved my roommate and I working to dry the apartment. The floor is shag carpeting, and that fucker soaks up water like a goddamn sponge. 

Needless to say, I've had a busy week. But somehow, I managed to find the time and energy to finish this.
