I thought it might be fun to do something with She-Hulk. I have no reason why I thought that, just that I did. I originally thought of having Scarlet Witch controlling She-Hulk, until I realized I have no idea what comic Scarlet Witch's powers are. Something involving reality warping or hex magic or some shit. Eh, whatever. I settled on using Madame Hydra because 

1) It would make sense that Hydra would be controlling She-Hulk, because Hydra does mind control shit

2) Madame Hydra has a cool design. Simple, but effective. 

I decided to add some text here because I enjoy writing, and this is as good an excuse as any to do some.
