Original pitch:

A notorious bandit, finding the heat on a little too strong, goes into hiding in Shellside, where he rents out a room from an orc sorceress. Being a rude and domineering brute (certainly not overcompensating for any deep-seated issues), it's not long before he angers his landlady, who starts enacting punishments to put the jerk in his place, under threat of turning him into the authorities. Surprisingly (or not), the bandit takes to the submission of these punishments with gusto, even as the associated magics shift him to be smaller, greener, and distinctly more feminine. It's not long before the punishments have given way, and it's clear the changing ex-bandit is enjoying the emergent dynamic as much as the sorceress is, as well as the form emerging to suit the bandit's true desires. By the time the authorities check in on the sorceress they find nobody matching his description in the house - just the sorceress and her eagerly submissive goblin girlfriend.
