October Pinup/Mini-comic Poll #1 (Patreon)

Big thanks to everyone who gave their suggestions! With the best and spookiest month coming up we got some good Ghostmas suggestions and some good Orctober ones too!

This poll will be up from September 19th, 10pm CET, to September 23rd, 10pm CET. (The change of release times is because I accidentally scheduled the suggestion box 12 hours later than usual)

And the options are:

1. Treasures Found In The Fog - In the savage north of the Seventh Realm, while lost on a regular hunting trip, a down on his luck Human man discovers a gigantic house that might just be the home of a "terrible giant" always talked about in the alehouses of the Human's village. Although his more pressing concern should be trying to get back home, the Human figures that he may as well look into the house for anything worth bringing back. Finding an assortment of baubles and trinkets, he stashes them in his coat and tries to find his way back to the village. 

But the marshes north of the Human Kingdoms and the Elven Woods are treacherous and disorienting and it seems as if the gasses released from the waters are causing hallucinations - the Human can almost swear that the trees are getting smaller, just like his clothes. And not just that, his skin is turning blueish while his canines feel like they are, for a lack of better word, "trembling."

The world darkens and the next time the "Human" wakes up, it's in the bed of the giant's house. The giant presenting himself as not a giant at all, but a common Nordling (that's the big horned purple "Orc" of Realm, as seen in the side of the recent "Babyface No More" Minicomic). Furthermore, the "Human" is no Human at all anymore but a lady Nordling, who's instantly smitten by her chivalrous rescuer. After returning the trinkets she had stolen before and apologizing, she asks if she could stay for awhile. At least until the fog has cleared... or longer...

2. Ghostmas? Bah! Humbug! - A real grump of a dude is looking for the worst kind of candy to hand out to the kids on Halloween as a way of trying to not have to deal with as many of them. Looking through the candy aisles of a supermarket that offers samples for the occasion, he tries a few pieces, hoping to find something that'll taste reaaal bad.

Red licorice? Gross, that goes in the bag. Fake cherry-flavor chewies? Yup, goes in there too. Chocolate nougat crisp? Well, you can't be soulless, the kids can have a little goody as a treat. 

As the grump samples the different candies, his disposition, and body, seems to soften a bit. Sour melon soda gummies? Oh, those are good no matter what, gotta have those. And you can't just have one type of chocolate, gotta have the dark, milk and especially the white kind for those that are allergic.

The sampling goes on and on and the basket fills up faster than the grump's heart and body does and before "he" notices, there's no "he" anymore, but a plump and sweet milf. Come Ghostmas Eve (or Halloween if you will), she's enthusiasticall dressed up like a witch and has the kids lining up to her festive-looking house where it seems like she's got an infinite supply of treats for them.

3. Playing (not by) Yourself, The Third - A shy homebody tries to paint a miniature for his new character. Despite being as shy as he is, he still really wants to be a part of a cool RPG group like those he watches on the internet and decides that a good start might be to show off some nicely painted minis. Maybe he'll catch the attention of that cool Tiefling and Elf couple who play all the time in the study lounge?

With such a solid plan set up, he buys some paint from a store a bunch of ginger catgirls walk out of and sets off by drawing his ideal character (which is not at all an eggy thing!), an outgoing Orc ranger. But for whatever reason, the paint doesn't seem to be sticking to the figurine, and he's dreading having to go out and buy more. In fact, it seems to be taking several layers just to get anything to look right... 

Over the course of a couple of days, they try to paint the miniature, not realising every drop of paint disappears and instead applies to them. Too focused on trying to get the mini looking just right, they don't realize that the paint stained on their hands begin to creep up their arms and making them look rather... large. 

But progress is slowly made. And by the end of it, the mini looks fantastic and she feels more than capable of going out to show the world her sick painting skills and to get more paint to apply the finishing touches. And who knows, maybe she'll meet some fun people there as well?

4. Death Born In Song - Suddenly arriving through a Gate, a young Humie woman finds herself lost in the vast Camborian forest known as the Wyldefree. After several days and nights within the Autumn woods' gigantic trees and braving its numerous dangers, she notices that she finds herself growing energetic in twilight and unusually lethargic and groggy by dawn. But the other changes are not as obvious yet, and she's yet to meet anyone willing to explain how she found herself here or what's going on.     

Then she finds a badly wounded deer in the midst of a moonlit clearing. Feeling sympathy for the suffering animal, she picks up a rock and prepares to end it... but a different impulse begins to wash over her. After dropping the rock she kneels next to the deer, and enters a deep trance as the former Humie gently sings a lullaby previously unknown to her... until she can feel the creature's life peacefully slip away.    

Snow white of hair and eyes a striking red, the new Banshee arises from her trance. Freshly renewed from the deer's ley she now stalks the forest in service to Noadinne the Goddess of Death, maintaining the Wyldefree's balance by reaping the souls of the dying.
